Do you accept new linguists?
Generally, we require two years of experience, but strong qualifications may be considered for a paid test.
How are rates agreed?
Rates depend on language pair, domain, complexity and service type (translation, transcription, MTPE, interpreting). Everything is confirmed in writing before work begins.
When are payments made?
Our standard terms are Net-30 from invoice approval. Faster payment can be arranged for certain projects.
Which tools do you use?
We use Trados, memoQ, XTM, Smartcat, Phrase and industry-leading transcription software. List your preferences in the form.
Can I use machine translation?
Only for MTPE assignments authorised by us. All other jobs must be human-produced.
Is there a test?
Sometimes for regulated or specialised domains. Short tests are paid when used.
Is long-term work available?
Yes—we prioritise building ongoing relationships with reliable freelancers.
Do you need interpreters too?
